Esta investigacin se inicio el pasado 29 de marzo por los hechos denunciados por el exvicepresidente<strong> Miguel Zoro <\/strong>ante la Fiscala Anticorrupcin en enero de 2023. <\/p>\n<p>Estas diligencias de investigacin &#8220;preprocesales&#8221; suponan que la Fiscala dispona de seis meses para recabar toda la informacin necesaria para determinar si los hechos denunciados eran constitutivos de esos delitos. Sin embargo, en apenas tres meses, la fiscal Ana Mara Palomar ha concretado en un <strong>&#8220;exhaustivo informe&#8221;<\/strong> -segn recoge la propia diligencia de la Fiscala a la que ha tenido acceso EL MUNDO- la &#8220;valoracin conjunta de las pruebas practicadas&#8221; y concluye que no aporta &#8220;indicios suficientes que justifique una nueva investigacin de los hechos ya denunciados, investigados y archivados&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Y es que Zoro ya present denuncia ante la Fiscala Provincial en 2015, 2016 y 2018 sin que se encontraran indicios de delito. El exvicepresidente y lder de la corriente opositora<i> Marea Valencianista<\/i>, denunci un presunto<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elmundo.es\/comunidad-valenciana\/2015\/09\/30\/560bce2322601d555c8b4593.html\"><u> delito societario y de administracin desleal<\/u><\/a> tanto durante el proceso de venta del Valencia como en la gestin posterior y en los fichajes. En esta ltima denuncia archivada, ponan en cuestin el traspaso de <strong>Neto <\/strong>y la compra de <strong>Cillessen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ninguna de las denuncias que se han presentado contra la gestin de Meriton o Peter Lim en los tribunales en los ltimos aos han progresado, como tampoco las que ponan en duda el proceso de venta.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"mid-script\"
