{"id":1583,"date":"2023-01-14T03:02:46","date_gmt":"2023-01-14T09:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=1583"},"modified":"2023-01-14T03:02:46","modified_gmt":"2023-01-14T09:02:46","slug":"asumen-compromisos-para-mejorar-la-seguridad-en-los-centros-penitenciarios-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=1583","title":{"rendered":"ASUMEN COMPROMISOS PARA MEJORAR LA SEGURIDAD EN LOS CENTROS PENITENCIARIOS DEL ESTADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>PLANTEAN QUE LA FEDERACI\u00d3N CUMPLA CON PAGAR AL SISTEMA PENITENCIARIO ESTATAL, EL SOCORRO DE LEY, QUE ASCIENDE ACTUALMENTE A 9 MILLONES DE PESOS Y QUE DEJ\u00d3 DE CUBRIRSE DESDE HACE 4 A\u00d1OS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INTEGRANTES DE LA COMISI\u00d3N DE SEGURIDAD P\u00daBLICA, PREVENCI\u00d3N Y REINSERCI\u00d3N SOCIAL SE REUNIERON CON FUNCIONARIOS DE LA SECRETARIA DE SEGURIDAD Y PROTECCI\u00d3N CIUDADANA Y LA DIRECCI\u00d3N GENERAL DE PREVENCI\u00d3N Y REINSERCI\u00d3N SOCIAL DEL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bajo la premisa de mantener la gobernabilidad al interior de los seis Centros Penitenciarios Estatales (CPE) que operan en San Luis Potos\u00ed y conocer las condiciones en que operan actualmente para aminorar los riesgos que pueda representar para la paz y estabilidad del Estado, las y los diputados de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la LXIII Legislatura, llev\u00f3 a cabo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con los integrantes de la Secretaria de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana y la Direcci\u00f3n General de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social del Gobierno del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social del Gobierno del Estado, que estuvo presidida por el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad del Congreso del Estado, diputado Rub\u00e9n Guajardo Barrera, vicepresidenta diputada Dolores Eliza Garc\u00eda Rom\u00e1n, secretario diputado Alejandro Leal Tov\u00edas, y los vocales diputada Emma Idalia Salda\u00f1a Guerrero y el diputado Cuauhtli Fernando Badillo Moreno.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n estuvieron presentes, el Secretario de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, general Guzmar \u00c1ngel Gonz\u00e1lez Castillo,\u00a0 y el Director General de Prevenci\u00f3n y Reinserci\u00f3n Social, Jes\u00fas Ju\u00e1rez Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte del diagn\u00f3stico se revis\u00f3 la capacidad en la que se encuentran los seis Centros Penitenciarios Estatales y el personal de seguridad y custodia, y administrativo. Se estableci\u00f3 la necesidad de ampliar el n\u00famero de personal para mejorar la seguridad en estos centros.<\/p>\n<p>Se pidi\u00f3 que desde el Congreso del Estado se realice un pronunciamiento para que la federaci\u00f3n cumpla con pagar al Sistema Penitenciario Estatal, el Socorro de Ley, que asciende actualmente a 9 millones de pesos y que dej\u00f3 de cubrirse desde hace 4 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se coincidi\u00f3 sobre la importancia de impulsar la capacitaci\u00f3n, evaluaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la aplicaci\u00f3n de los ex\u00e1menes de control y confianza para el personal de seguridad y custodia.
