{"id":2638,"date":"2023-01-30T06:18:20","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T12:18:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=2638"},"modified":"2023-01-30T06:18:20","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T12:18:20","slug":"sentencian-a-empleado-de-plataforma-digital-que-ataco-a-una-mujer-en-avenida-salk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=2638","title":{"rendered":"SENTENCIAN A EMPLEADO DE PLATAFORMA DIGITAL QUE ATAC\u00d3 A UNA MUJER EN AVENIDA SALK"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>\u2022 Feminicidio en grado de tentativa<\/p>\n<p>SLP. \u2013 La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP) logr\u00f3 una sentencia condenatoria de cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n ordinaria en contra de un hombre por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa.<\/p>\n<p>El Juez le inform\u00f3 al imputado que tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1 pagar una suma como reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y una sanci\u00f3n pecuniaria.<\/p>\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el 27 diciembre del 2020, mientras la v\u00edctima descend\u00eda de un veh\u00edculo de una plataforma digital en la avenida Salk de la ciudad Capital, cuando Marcelo \u201cN\u201d la atac\u00f3 con un cuchillo, caus\u00e1ndole una herida en el cuello.<\/p>\n<p>La mujer fue trasladada a recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en un hospital, y tras las indagaciones respectivas de la FGESLP se judicializ\u00f3 el caso, lo que deriv\u00f3 en su detenci\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en mayo del 2022.<\/p>\n<p>El ahora sentenciado permanecer\u00e1 recluido en el centro de reinserci\u00f3n social La Pila, por el tiempo que le decret\u00f3 la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2022 Feminicidio en grado de tentativa SLP. \u2013 La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP) logr\u00f3 una sentencia condenatoria de cinco a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n ordinaria en contra de un hombre por el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa.
