Los hechos ocurrieron el 7 de octubre de 2024, en una plaza comercial de Cumbres del Lago, Juriquilla, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n<p>El presunto responsable ingres\u00f3 a una barber\u00eda y priv\u00f3 de la vida a un hombre mediante disparos de arma de fuego, cuando se encontraba en la zona del estacionamiento, posteriormente huy\u00f3 del lugar.<\/p>\n<p>En audiencia inicial, tras cumplimentar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guanajuato, y posterior a ser conducido ante la autoridad queretana, el juez de control determin\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.
