EL CONGRESO DEL ESTADO CUMPLIR\u00c1 EN TIEMPO CON LA APROBACI\u00d3N DE LA NUEVA LEY PARA CONTAR CON UN NUEVO PODER JUDICIAL FORTALECIDO: DIP. JESSICA GABRIELA L\u00d3PEZ TORRES<\/p>\n

La diputada Jessica Gabriela L\u00f3pez Torres, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Segunda de Justicia de la LXIV Legislatura, afirm\u00f3 que el Congreso del Estado cumplir\u00e1 en tiempo con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la nueva Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial, la cual, tiene que estar antes del 15 de septiembre.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn comisiones estamos revisando las iniciativas para la nueva Ley Org\u00e1nica del Poder Judicial. Todav\u00eda estamos en tiempo, esta ley tiene que estar aprobada antes del 15 de septiembre, que es la fecha en que los magistrados toman protesta. Todav\u00eda tenemos los primeros d\u00edas de septiembre para llamar a un periodo extraordinario y, sin mayor tema salga adelante la iniciativa\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n

La diputada Gabriela L\u00f3pez, inform\u00f3 que en las comisiones se tiene un avance del 90 por ciento en la revisi\u00f3n de la iniciativa, por lo tanto, seguramente se podr\u00eda convocar a un periodo extraordinario para votarlo en el Pleno del Congreso del Estado, antes del 15 de septiembre.<\/p>\n

Lo que se est\u00e1 buscando en el Congreso del Estado, es que las propuestas para la nueva Ley, no contravengan con la Constituci\u00f3n y, as\u00ed lograr un nuevo Poder Judicial, completamente fortalecido.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
