{"id":52906,"date":"2025-11-11T03:22:35","date_gmt":"2025-11-11T09:22:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=52906"},"modified":"2025-11-11T03:22:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-11T09:22:35","slug":"emite-municipio-de-queretaro-13-sanciones-administrativas-por-maltrato-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=52906","title":{"rendered":"Emite Municipio de Quer\u00e9taro 13 sanciones administrativas por maltrato animal"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se turnaron ocho carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n a la Fiscal\u00eda, quienes deber\u00e1n determinar si es maltrato y crueldad<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por Jahaira Lara<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Noticias<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un total de 13 sanciones administrativas por maltrato animal interpuso el Municipio de Quer\u00e9taro, de estas se turnaron ocho carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n a la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00ed lo inform\u00f3 la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar Animal, Lennyz Mel\u00e9ndez Chac\u00f3n, quien precis\u00f3 que los casos turnados a la fiscal\u00eda tambi\u00e9n es por maltrato animal; sin embargo, la autoridad deber\u00e1 realizar las investigaciones para determinar si los casos se tipifican como maltrato o crueldad animal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al respecto, destac\u00f3 que estos delitos contemplan penas diferenciadas seg\u00fan la gravedad de los hechos.
