{"id":55993,"date":"2026-05-03T17:59:51","date_gmt":"2026-05-03T23:59:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=55993"},"modified":"2026-05-03T17:59:51","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T23:59:51","slug":"en-prision-por-robo-con-violencia-a-tienda-de-conveniencia-en-san-juan-del-rio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informebajio.com.mx\/?p=55993","title":{"rendered":"En prisi\u00f3n por robo con violencia a tienda de conveniencia en San Juan del R\u00edo"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada en contra de Erick \u201cN\u201d, por el delito de robo a comercio, tras hechos ocurridos en el municipio de San Juan del R\u00edo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado ingres\u00f3 a una tienda ubicada en Avenida Constituyentes, colonia Centro, una vez en el interior, se aproxim\u00f3 al \u00e1rea de cajas solicitando cajetillas de cigarros y posteriormente sac\u00f3 lo que aparentaba ser un arma de fuego, coloc\u00e1ndola sobre el mostrador para intimidar al personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acto seguido, accedi\u00f3 al \u00e1rea de cajas y se apoder\u00f3 de diversa mercanc\u00eda as\u00ed como dispositivos m\u00f3viles. Los objetos fueron guardados en una mochila para despu\u00e9s retirarse del establecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Derivado de la denuncia, la Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, dando intervenci\u00f3n a la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito, que desarroll\u00f3 actos de investigaci\u00f3n para el esclarecimiento de los hechos e identificaci\u00f3n del ahora vinculado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con los datos de prueba obtenidos, se solicit\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue cumplimentada y Erick \u201cN\u201d presentado ante la autoridad judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posteriormente, en audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por robo a comercio, prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar y dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script>(function(d, s, id) {\n  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];\n  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;\n  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;\n  js.src = \"\/\/connect.facebook.net\/es_LA\/sdk.js#xfbml=1&appId=546007945598485&version=v2.3\";\n  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);\n}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));<\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada en contra de Erick \u201cN\u201d, por el delito de robo a comercio, tras hechos ocurridos en el municipio de San Juan del R\u00edo.
