Posteriormente, <strong>cogi\u00f3 otro coche y abandon\u00f3 el lugar<\/strong> del siniestro. A bordo de este segundo veh\u00edculo realiz\u00f3 un <strong>giro prohibido<\/strong> que alert\u00f3 a un <strong>polic\u00eda de paisano<\/strong>, quien dio el aviso a la <strong>Guardia Civil<\/strong>, que lo intercept\u00f3 pocos minutos despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"ue-c-article__subheadline\"><strong>Por encima del umbral penal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph\">La Benem\u00e9rita le practic\u00f3 una <strong>prueba de alcoholemia<\/strong> en la que dio positivo con <strong>0,73 mg\/l<\/strong>, superando holgadamente el l\u00edmite penal fijado en <strong>0,60 mg\/l<\/strong>. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, se le investiga formalmente por un delito contra la seguridad vial. Respecto al siniestro inicial, <strong>otra persona que viajaba con \u00e9l asumi\u00f3 la conducci\u00f3n<\/strong> del coche accidentado y dio <strong>negativo<\/strong> en el control de alcoholemia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ue-c-article__paragraph\">Ahora el caso se resolver\u00e1 mediante un <strong>juicio r\u00e1pido<\/strong>, donde el jugador podr\u00e1 acogerse a una <strong>conformidad<\/strong> que le permitir\u00eda <strong>reducir la pena hasta en un tercio<\/strong>.
